@KLerniseNatural Go to edit your website, double click on the section you want to duplicate, click the 3 dots on the upper left and you can duplicate or delete the section. I am not sure if it changes the testimonials if they are random or you set them etc. since I haven't used this section on my sites.
For a rotating banner I would use the "Embed Code" Section and do a search and you should be able to find some type of instagram or facebook picture banner rotation etc. You are getting into a little heavier lifting on site customization, but if you do a little research I am sure you can find something to do what you want there. The embed code is incredibly powerful, but make sure to check out how it looks in the editor and on mobile devices and computers after you publish it as these are not square online items and occasionally I have ran into scroll bars that were annoying. I have embedded menu images from a third party service into sites before so they auto update without having to edit the site all the time.
