Rollo Printer - Web Orders

I use a Rollo Printer for my shipping labels, but there is an app integration problem. I have spent hours with Rollo and with Square trying to resolve the issue. Rollo will pull "invoice" orders to populate shipping information, but it will not pull information from orders placed online directly through my website. Anyone else use Rollo Printer with web orders?

We do use a Rollo for printing shipping labels but we do not integrate our shipping labels with Square. We have an account with stamps.com that we use.

What that looks like is:

print packing list and pull inventory

pack inventory

copy and paste address Into stamps.com

weigh package and input package size
