I just upgraded my plan to performance from professional which enables customer reviews.
Is it possible to request for customer reviews for orders from before this plan upgrade?
Doesn't seem like it. Have you successfully received any reviews yet? I'm having a hard time setting it up
Haven't received any yet. Thinking of reaching out to a few customers to see if they even received the review request email
