Reports won’t email

Hi, I can not get my reports to email. I’ve had no problem for over a year, now for the last month I am having extreme difficulty with it. I select email report for what ever day and it says sent and absolutely nothing goes through. 
Please help I need these reports to do my daily paperwork!!
