Repeated 500 Errors on Select Categories

Hello. Over the last 2 weeks, we've found that customers are experiencing 500 Errors when trying to access certain categories on our Square Online site. 2 weeks ago, Square recognized the issue and "corrected it", but today my customers are now unable to access our top categories on our website with this same issue. I can't get a straight answer if this is something I can correct (or prevent) on my own. Would love advice.

The first time it happened, we had just launched a major sale weekend event, and now we're heading into a busy shopping week. And of course Square Online help is only available during banking hours.

HI, thank you for the links.  In clicking around your site, yes, there is an issue with the Categories.

 

The Shop All page is designed to include ALL items shown on one page.  Why? example: I wish to purchase a plant for my cousin and I see on your Shop All page you offer a plant I have been searching for, which now a purchase of TWO plants instead of ONE.

 

Review how your Categories are categorized.  See how the display changes.
