Shipping options are empty on the check out page now and not charging shipping on orders.
We don't use Shippo because we have a multi-decade UPS account and negotiated rates with USPS already. When they did the migration, all the real-time rate options vanished. Does anyone have a fix? Our items are non-standard so the one-size fits all styles they have left don't work for us.

Hey @Dollplaza hopping back in for @RobynR. I understand how frustrating it can be when shipping settings aren’t working as expected. Some changes have been made to Square Online settings, and you can now find shipping setup under Account & Settings > Fulfillment > Shipping to adjust your rates.
Our team also confirmed that shipping from a PO box can sometimes cause issues. We recommend updating the address. The site is "working". Shipping IS NOT WORKING STILL. Due to how long it has been down we are already migrating to Shopify. We are not willing to add $240 per year for Shippo.
