Hey @MuseBelts, your best point of contact here would be Weebly support - did they tell you if a bug ticket had been filed? It might be worth following up with them again!
I have already done all that. I also supplied screenshots. They have a problem and as far as I can see they are not addressing it. I have sent messages in this community about this issue and others such as unavailable apps in the Weebly app store.
Weebly has to be or has to offer the worst tech support I have seen.
Hey @MuseBelts-
I am so sorry about the issues you've had with the embed code widget, and with our Support Teams.
I know you may be reluctant to hear this, but I went ahead and escalated your case and messages to the Square Online team. I let them know that your experience thus far hasn't been successful, and you're still looking for a solution. I will let you know if I hear anything regarding this issue, or the status of the support case. Thank you for your time, and again, apologies.
Isabelle,
Thank you for your reply. I have been told before that my case number would be elevated, months ago. I have been told by tech support that the Embed Code widget works perfectly. But it does not. There isn't one third-party SEO analyzer that says I have H tags after putting in the correct syntax.
Bing Webmaster also confirms that I have no H Tags as well. I know how to make h tags and find them. I have many emails from Bing tech support confirming that the embed code widget does not function correctly. THEY were the ones that identified the issue.
It is my understanding, and I was also told there are 2 tech support teams. Square and Weebly.
I have never had a complaint against Square tech support. They have always been prompt, professional and quick to solve problems. Weebly tech support is a different situation. Horrible tech support. Can never talk to anyone in advance level.
