QR code self service payments not closing or being voided.

I have customers order food and drinks using QR codes for self-service. I receive the orders and complete them, but the status changes to void or just remains unpaid.  How do I make sure I get paid?

I’m really sorry to hear about these QR code payments being voided! This sounds like a really frustrating issue, but it's difficult to pinpoint why this might be happening without looking at your account with you.

In order to get this resolved as soon as possible, we recommend getting in touch with our phone Support Team so that you can troubleshoot in real-time. If they can't solve the issue, they'll also be able to file a bug report so that our Engineers can take a closer look.
