Help! All of our qr code order items and online items, including event tickets are showing "Unfortunately, the item requested is no longer available." This happens at the "add to cart" step. It first happened with a couple of items, and now everything is showing up as unavailable.

First - Check Item Visibility Settings
Go to your Square Dashboard > Online > Items.
Make sure affected items are:
Marked as "Visible" or "Available for purchase online".
Not set to “Unavailable” or “Sold Out”.
Next - Confirm Fulfillment Methods
For each item, confirm it has at least one valid fulfillment method (e.g. pickup, shipping, delivery, or in-person QR order).
If no method is selected, the system won’t allow the item to be added to cart.
