QR Self Ordering asking address and telling me to ship

Hello,

I've setup QR payment links for my items. These are items held at a separate studio and I want customers to be able to scan the QR code and pay and leave with the items. Currently customers are being asked for shipping details at checkout. I'm also being prompted in the Square app to ship them as they go into "To Do" in the app instead of completed even though there's nothing to ship. I've looked through multiple help pages and can't find the answer.

Online Fulfillment in the item is marked as Self-Serve ordering only:

Fulfillment methods > Pickup & Delivery is turned off:

Mode fulfillment is off:

How do I turn this off?

I'm having this issue too. We have a self-serve flower stand where people choose a bouquet, scan the QR code, pay and take them away. People are getting extremely frustrated at having to input address, phone number etc instead of just paying and walking away.

It's unnecessary and quite off-putting for people who don't want to give us all their details.

Each order comes through as a delivery, which we have to mark as delivered. I'm assuming this then sends an email to the customer saying their item has been delivered. It's a mess, and needs a serious overhaul for it to be fit for purpose. Not everyone is a restaurant or food business!

A simple improvement would be to allow us to choose which details to collect for qr code orders, and to let us specify whether orders are collected at the same time as the order is placed.
