Is anyone else having an issue with new items and edited items not updating on their square website but showing as updated on their pos library?

How many items have you noticed this happens with and how long has it been ongoing?
Sometimes, we need to make a small edit on the online dashboard to trigger the sync.
In this case, I would recommend testing with an item that hasn't been updated:
Go to your Square Online Overview > Site Items > Select the Item > Make a small edit (add a full stop or comma, etc) > Save changes
Then head to your Site Editor > Publish site.
This should trigger the changes on the live site - let me know if you have a chance to test it.
