This is a simple mistake in the system, I reported it a month ago but no update so far.

@RobertVDB - Our ecommerce team is still working through a potential fix on this.
Ok thanks, problem still persists however 🙂.
For your developers the fix should be easy, they just need to change something like "option.setName" to "option.displayName" in the cart.
@RobertVDB - I've reached back out to our engineers to see what the ETA on a fix is for this.
