Product not available during the business hours

Hi, I'm very new to Square Online, and I'm just trying to get my shop set up so I can take orders. 

 

But I encountered a problem here. I operate a bakery which requires 2 days prep time which I've already set up in the settings. 

 

I would like the customers to be able to place order from Wed. 5pm to Fri. 5pm, and pickup/delivery time will be exact 2 days from the order time.

 

My understanding is the business hour should align with the timeframe when customers can place order (Wed. 5pm -Fri. 5pm), however during this hour, my product is always shown as "Available later", "Our store is not accepting orders currently", I do have all the items in stock, how can I get this fixed? Not sure where my setup was wrong.

Hi @heatherjq!

 

Can you share your website link with us here? I want to make sure that this isn't related to something outside of Pickup & Delivery settings, as this could be more related to something that happened while you started setting up your website.

I just want to understand how can I have the store open from Wed. 9am - Fri. 12pm, all products available for order. And pickup/delivery during the weekend. 

 

It seems like no matter what prep time I choose, this doesn't work for me.
