Product Sync

Hi, 

 

I have created some new products this afternoon, they are appearing on my website correctly. 

 

However I needed to edit one of them and found they have disappeared from my items in dashboard and are not registering on POS either. the problem only applies to new products created today.

 

(the items are still showing on my website)

 

 

Any advice?

Hi @David1927 happy to help here. 

 

Are you looking at your Item Library (usually for physical items) rather than your Square Online Overview library (for online items) by any chance? These items are probably in your online overview. 

 

If you can't locate the items in either of these places, let me know!

Thanks for the response. 

 

The items were not appearing in either the item library nor the online library, but were appearing on website.

 

However, overnight this has resolved. so must have been some glitch/timing issue.
