@user12039123 What I had looked at before was a simple branching quiz applet that I used the "embed code" option of the website to put in. There are some third party sites that will set a basic one up for free and integrate into your site. The one you linked is of course more robust but I haven't seen this as a feature request. So I would write it up and submit it that way to maybe get it as an integration. I do use the most purchased items on one of my sites.
Just do the google "weebly quiz app integration" and go past the ads.
