Some of your listings did not meet Google’s requirements for publishing as Product Listings. You can usually resolve these by updating the specified item attributes. We’ll push any changes you make to items right away.
I go in the list and says two items that I just entered says no photos, but you can clearly see the photo's I uplaoded.
What is going on and what can be done?
Hi there, @store232,
Thank you for reaching out, and I understand how frustrating this must be. If your items are showing as "no photos" in your Product Listings, even though you've clearly uploaded images, this may be due to a temporary syncing issue between Square and Google. Sometimes, even if photos are visible in your Square Dashboard, Google may not immediately recognize them if they haven't been processed or formatted in a way that meets their product listing requirements.
Here are a few things you can try:
Double-check the image format and size – Make sure your images are in JPEG or PNG format, and are at least 100 x 100 pixels (250 x 250 pixels or larger is ideal).
Re-upload the images – Occasionally, re-uploading the product photos can help force a refresh to Google.
Check for background or watermark issues – Google prefers clean, professional images without watermarks or promotional text.
Allow time for syncing – It can sometimes take a little while for updates made in Square to reflect on Google's end.
