Printful only syncing to square library not online items

for 2 weeks printful products sync to my square library but no matter what anyone does they wont sync to my site items. Square hasn't been able to fix it, I have spent hours on the phone, chat and email, tried all kinds of troubleshooting. I've been doing this for a couple of years and never had this issue. Any ideas?

Hello @BadDawgApparel I am sorry you are having issues getting your items to sync to your site. When did this stop working? To confirm you are referring to your Square Online site?
