Inventory quantities not showing / syncing online

We have been using square for a couple of years and has always been fine and straightforward. We have recently added some new items which are now showing online but all showing 0 available to sell/ out of stock despite in inventory showing quantities available so there seems to be an issue with the inventory syncing to show online - the items are showing but not the quantities in stock for some reason depsite all other items from the inventory quantites are showing and syncing correctly which does not make any sense.

in loose dog treats all items from a-z show on the site but all show as out of stock even though in our inventory says stock and the correct numbers. There’s a few other new items we’ve added too that are not syncing and just do not show online.

 

it means currently we are missing out on orders every day.

Hey @Tiggys, thanks for the link, this was helpful. 

 

So I checked out the Loose Dog Treats page, and I was able to place a few of those options in my basket, all the way to checkout. There was no indication of them being out of stock on your website when I checked. Can you send over a screenshot of what's appearing on your website for me, please? Additionally, I'd recommend unpublishing and republishing your website, as well as running through the browser troubleshooting steps and item availability troubleshooting steps to see if that helps at all.
