Hello,
I tried to integrate Printful with Square and all items are in sync. However the items are showing unavailable when trying to add to cart. Here is sample link

Asked Printful support and they verified all looks good at their end. Thanks!
@Breffni Thanks for the swift response. I checked all items and the status showed as VISIBLE and also enabled the Shipping.

Once you enable Shipping on your items, you'll then need to set up the fulfillment settings and create shipping profiles. If you haven't set these yet, your items will be marked as unavailable on your website.

I'd be happy to help. It's hard to know without looking at your Square Online settings, however, usually items appear as unavailable when you haven't fully set up your fulfillment settings.
You'll need to enable either Pickup, Delivery or Shipping.
Let me know if you can check those settings!
