Preorder Link for Food Truck with Multiple Dates/Locations

Hi! I'm trying to setup my online preorder link to include all of our future food truck spots.

We have multiple locations that we visit, and different schedules for each of those.

We'd like to imitate what this food truck is doing so that customers can pick their preferred date/spot and chose from the time frame listed -> https://phowheelsonlineorder.square.site/

We can't seem to figure this out, and it's frustrating because we know it's clearly possible!

Pre-orders can be super tricky, but it is definitely possible to set up here. I took a look at the example you are wanting to mimic and came up with instructions for how to set this up. 

Treat Each Food Truck Spot as a “Pickup Location”

Since your truck rotates locations, you’ll want to set up multiple “locations” in your Square account. One for each food truck stop.

To do this:

1. Go to your Square Dashboard

2. Navigate to Account & Settings > Business Information > Locations

3. Click “Create Location” for each future truck stop

   • Name each location something clear

   • Include the correct address and business hours for that day/spot

Assign Pickup-Only Fulfillment to Each Location

Now, go to your Square Online site settings:

1. Go to Settings > Fulfillment > Pickup

2. Enable pickup for each location

3. For each location:

   • Set available pickup dates and hours 

   • Limit preordering to specific days/times if needed

   • Turn off “ASAP” orders if you want only scheduled preorders

Make sure you set your items for preorder as well. 

Create Categories or Pages for Each Stop 

To mimic the style on the Pho Wheels site:

• In the Square Online editor, create a category or custom page for each truck stop

  • Example: “Order for Friday at Riverside Park”

  • Each page links to the specific menu tied to that pickup location + date

• Add a button or link grid to your homepage so customers can pick the stop they want
