Postal Code Invalid, Address Update

I am moving to a new location and trying to update this in Square. Every time I try to enter the postal code regardless of how I enter it (with or without a space) it tells me it’s invalid. Support couldn’t help me and “escalated” it, but it’s been a week and I’m yet to hear anything. Hoping someone here has come across this issue and can help me fix it.

I'd like to take a closer look at this for you can confirm where exactly you're trying to update your Address and if this is the address of your business can you share it here so I can investigate if our system needs any particular format for the location?
