We have an "in person Bistro" location and a "Bistro Catering" location setup w/ in Square (aka, 2 locations under one business/account).
Is there a way to run the "End of Day" report via the POS (Square Register) and filter by location? We need to be able to see sales, tips, items, etc (especially tips) broken out by our two locations.
I know we can do this via reports, but when we are doing our "end of day" closing procedures, its not practical to run this report via the dashboard.
TLDR: can we run/filter POS closing reports by Locations? If no, please add.

Thank you for reaching out. You do have to be signed into the location on the device you are needing reporting for. We have made a easier to switch between locations when you are signed into the app. But from what I understand, you want the ability regardless of which location you are logged in under to run reports concurrently for all locations, like some sort of drop-down option under reports. Is that correct?

To clarify, this in the context of the "Square Register".
When we run the "Sales Report" (Utilities -> View Sales Report) we have options to "Filter by Device" (see attached screenshot) but we'd like the ability to run this report by location...

Jumping in for MayaP on this one, @BistroSupport.
When it comes to reporting on the actual Register it will only show whichever location you're logged into. If you go into your Dashboard on a web browser, you can go to Reports and sort by location or look at all locations at the same time.
