Hi, each time I try to change the photo in the "Main Banner" section of my website, I run into the same problem: there is no guidance as to the pixel size that works best with xs, s, m, or large banners. There's general guidance, but I often find that the image resizes when I publish and looks crappy. When I call support, they can't provide any insights into this. Obviously, someone designed the page options and knows what pixel sizes they have allowed, but support doesn't know and it's not published anywhere. I always end up having to take multiple pictures and size them to different dimensions and it is generally a PITA.
Has anyone out there figured it out? Can you provide me with Pixel sizes? And has anyone else encountered extreme frustration with the support staff?
