Pickup Order Lead Time Based on Number of Items

Hello,

I run a tea shop and am trying to find a solution to have the online order pickup time incorporate the number of items into its prep time calculation.

We currently have the default prep time set to 5 minutes which makes sense when we only need to make one or two drinks but once it gets more than that, it's not feasible anymore.

Is there any way to:

1. Have each item added to the order automatically add a set amount of time?

2. Or edit the pickup time via the POS

Hi Shawlery,

What you have in mind may take a bit of custom coding - it's not something that can be accomplished via Square's Website basic capabilities.   You may want to consider looking for a Developer - note: Square does have a Developer's Community - this may be a good place to start.  Just my thoughts of course.
