Hello. We moved our website from wix to weebly because we liked the idea of it correlating with our square for retail. We are a large produce market, currently offering curbside pick up and delivery. There are particular days for pick up and delivery. For example delivery days are on Tuesday’s and Thursday’s. We also have weekly premade boxes. We have not launched because there are issues. One: if a customer orders a premade box they cannot add other items to their cart (premade boxes are set for particular days for pick up and delivery) Two: the time thing that weebly sets up at the time of Check out is crazy. For example: “your delivery will arrive Tuesday between 10:20 -10:40.” There should be an option to take this time off!! Delivery and pick up sections need to be more user controlled or at least have the option.

I'm wondering if you've implemented a prep-time yet for your items/orders? That could be what is causing the delivery/pickup timing. Do you have those settings enabled?

Yes it is on. We want it to just say delivery between 12-4 on the particular day. Same with pick ups. Is there a way of doing this?

Sorry about this. I have moved your post here where another seller had a similar question. Seems like prep times can have something to do with a large number of orders. Take a look at @isabelle answer. I would suggest playing around with your prep times in hopes of a fix.

Hi @Produce54_ I'm gonna step in for Isabelle real fast! What you want is possible. You will need to set up your pickup and delivery hours under Settings > Pickup & Delivery > Edit your location > Edit Pickup & Delivery hours.

If you want to have separate pickup and delivery hours, make sure to toggle the option at the top of the page. 🙂
