Pick Up Time Woes

I'm having trouble with my collection times. 

My prep time is set to 35 minutes, so I set my opening a little early so people can order for when I open. 

This works perfectly! I open at 5 and the first collection is at 10 past. 

 

Unfortunately if someone orders for the following week then they can order for before I'm open. 
I've tried changing the settings - but there's no option to say that I'll only start making their pizza on the day they order it and not the day before 🤣

 

Anyone know how to set this as I can't be the only one having this trouble and thinking its stupid.
