I have set up a new Square Online shop moving from Wix, beginning to regreat the choice but anyway. I ahve set up a load of products and today published the site and just checked it and when you select an option from the dropdown list, it does not update the main picture. Some products I have set 2 or pictures for an option is this the problem? Picture shows product with pictures allocated to variations.

That definitely sounds frustrating.
If all your inventory suddenly shows as zero, it could be due to multiple factors.
A few things to check:
Have you tried updating your inventory since then? If the issue happens again, let us know so we can get a ticket filed with our engineering team to investigate further. Keep us posted!
Thanks @RobynR. It appears my partner 'ran inventory' for accounting / end of year tax purposes. One of our employees had run the report in the past years, so this was her first time doing it. She said she followed the protocol, but it appears through this process every item was brought to zero count. We make and sell almost exclusively one of a kind pieces, and had over 600 items for sale. We've already come to terms if we need to start from scratch and input our inventory again, but... is there a way to reverse an inventory stock count like this? Thanks!
