Goparrot Reporting not accurate

We use the GoParrot app for online and mobile orders. It’s slick, but starting thus Monday (3/10) our daily statistics automated email for each location says no orders or $ spent? We got orders.

 

Anyone else experience this?

 

Here is a look at what we used to get and now all zeroes…

 

Yesterday, you had $149.04 in online sales and 5orders.

@KrisHungryHobo Go parrot is a good company, I would just shoot them an e-mail or give them a call.  Sounds like an API call might have moved or something.
