We have just beem working on an event in Kununara in nothern WA, the event had 3 different accounts in use (food, bars, ticketing), we were getting Invalid location errors across all 3 accounts, all accounts were setup in perth and were Australian accounts.
We havent seen this issue before, hard reseting the devices worked for a bit but then they would start doing it again.

I think i would call the support number to discuss with them. This seems like a more technical question that may require a bit of trouble shooting.
