Hi there! I have a free intro check-in as one of my services, and I don't want Square to ask customers for the credit card information. However, it seems like there is no flexibility in the Payment and Cancellation options. I get the same setting for all services, (usually It's best to prepay) for both of my locations. Is it possible to bypass that setting? Thank you!
Thanks for writing in with this question @Golem_Designs! After doing some testing, I can confirm that it's currently not possible to edit the settings for one particular service only. This would be a great feature request to add to our ideate board.
