Payment Options Not Showing

I have just published my website, for the first time and in my payment settings, it says that I accept Google Pay, Apple Pay and AfterPay... 

I did not enroll in AfterPay, but it looks like Square auto enroll you, which is fine... 

However when I have tested my website checkout section, the only options showing for payment are SquarePay and Google Pay... There's not afterpay option and no apple pay option. 

In the back end, they all say connected and are toggled on, however it does not give the option to a customer to be able to pay this way. Ive toggled them off and refreshed and toggled them back on and refreshed. I turned Google Pay on hoping it would then show Apple Pay, but it simply displayed Square Pay as the only option. 

Down the very bottom in the footer of the website, it has the icons for apple pay, google pay, afterpay etc... but they just arent showing... 

 

Has anyone else experienced this? Or have any ideas on how to fix it?



It looks like support doesn't operate over the weekend so I can't call them to ask.

Thanks for reaching out to us!

You’re absolutely right, if those payment options are enabled, Apple Pay should appear at the top of the checkout page. As for Afterpay, that option displays a little further down the page, just below the credit card section, so let me know if you're noting it further down the page.

If you're still not seeing Apple Pay as an option, could you please share your website URL in your reply? That way, I can escalate this to our Square Online team for a closer look.
