Password for team members

I’m having a little trouble with team members and the ability to put in passwords to access areas.

 

I set the “Teams Permission” to limited capability with a teams password.
 
Then, I created a member “Event Volunteer” and applied the permission set.
 
The weird thing is, when I log into the Register with the “Event Volunteer” account I created, it won’t give me the option to enter a password even though I set it up for it. When I log into the Register as the owner, it gives me the option to put in a password to restricted areas.
 
I haven’t done anything differently and I’m not sure what the issue is. I figured if I created an account for the volunteer with the set permission, I could do what I want, but I can’t unless I’m logged into the Register with the owners credentials.
 
I even tried to give full access to the volunteer account so I could turn on passwords under the “Security” section, but even then it said it was restricted.

Hello, there @HCO_user, and welcome to the Seller Community. 

 

At this time team passcodes will only work when the Master account (account owner account) is logged in on the device and Passcodes are enabled. For other users when they log in they will have the specifically limited view you have authorized them to have and Passcodes can be enabled to lock the screen when idle (a security measure).
