Pages not fully scrolling on Square Online site

Hello. Looking for any help here as we're receiving customer complaints that they are unable to fully scroll many pages on our website. Two specific examples are:

Shop All: https://www.tendgreenpoint.com/shop-all — scrolling stops partway down, leaving categories inaccessible.
Contact Us: https://www.tendgreenpoint.com/contact-us — scrolling stops midway through the form.

We have tested ourselves in Chrome & Safari on Mabook and Chrome on iphone and experience the same. We have also attempted this on a private browsing session and have the same issues. I have more page examples to list, but ultimately browsing our website is stunted currently.

Hey @JoeTend I took a look at both pages and found some custom code that looks like the cause. It makes the footer overlap the page content, covering the lower categories and part of your contact form:

footer div#PoMqAK {
  bottom: 0 !important;
  position: absolute !important;
}

That code is in an entry called “Collection Text Block - Part 2.” You should find it under Square Online → Settings → Tracking Tools.

If someone else added that code for you, send them this snippet. Ask them to adjust the footer positioning, then check both pages.
