POS item tiles showing as 'unsupported'

Hi

We're experiencing issues with tiles on the POS layout showing as 'unsupported':

 

The corresponding item setup for these tiles looks like this. The only time we get the 'unsupported' is when we define multiple prices for a single product. What we're trying to do, as you can see, is define multiple drink sizes for the same product.

Thanks for getting in touch and sorry to hear you're having trouble with the grid display!

This does look odd - was this previously working as intended, or is it something you're just trying to set up for the first time now?

To be honest I think you may need to get in touch with support for further help with this - they'll be able to do a deeper dive into your account and possibly try and replicate the issue you're seeing. I've not previously seen a case where items are able to be displayed on the grid but then show as "unsupported".
