Own domain, website says Index of/ when I open it, but other people can see my website?

Hi all, I linked my own crazey domain, domain, to my square account and when I try to view my website the page that opens just shows Index of/. I tried chrome, firefox and edge browsers, and 2 phones.  I asked crazy domains for help, but they say nothing is wrong they can see my website and sent me a screenshot.  Is it a square setting on my side, or how do I get rid of the Index of/ problem? Thanks 🙂

Thanks for reaching out to us, @EuforiaVibes

I've tried looking at your site, and I'm also seeing the 'Index of /' page you're seeing.

After reviewing your site's DNS records, I can see that you have AAAA records listed. Square Online can't recognise AAAA records and if they're included, your domain will not populate your website when someone searches it in a browser.

As a first step, please remove the AAAA records from your domain’s DNS settings, republish your site, and allow the changes to propagate (usually within 24-48 hours).

If you're still seeing the same error after removing these records, please let me know!
