I have been using my phone to view my online orders for over 3 years now. Then just recently, the Orders tab COMPLETELY DISAPPEARED! I am only able to view them on my laptop and iPad, and I am no longer even getting notifications on my phone when an order comes through. HELP!
And yes, I have contacted Square 6 times in the last 3 days. I haven't gotten any real help with this issue.

Yeah, that's not good!
I do know that Square has been doing a lot of updating to the Orders section of the app along with a few other behind the scenes updating. I'm wondering if things got confused on your phone.
Try this, please:
-Sign out of your account on your phone.
-Force close the app then check for any app updates. Install any updates needed.
-Restart your phone
-Sign back in to your account on your app.
Hopefully this forces the app to pull the latest data from Square's servers and resets itself.
If not, if you have another phone or device you could borrow, see if the Orders section is available on any of them. That can help narrow down troubleshooting. Please reply back with your findings, and if there are still issues please let us know the type of phone and the app version so we can troubleshoot further! (App version can be found at More -> Support -> About)
