Order Emails going to Spam

every single order confirmation for my business is ending up in customer's spam and causing significant issues with comms. Any update in a fix? from reading the threads it appears this is a longstanding issue that has been ignored by square. 

please let me know on what I need to do to fix, or what square is doing to address this? if anything, this is incredibly frustrating and has me searching other providers if we can't event communicate to users that they completed their purchase or that it is ready.

How long has this been occurring? Are you aware if this happens to every order confirmation?
