Option Set Does Not Display All Options When Viewing Store

I sell acrylics.  The customer can either purchase the acrylic as Interchangeable (meaning they can swap out the acrylic with another acrylic) or permanent (acrylic will be glue to selected item).  

I had no problem creating the Option Set "How Do You Want to Attach Your Acrylic" with a list of ways the customer can attach the acrylic.  But, when I created the "Acrylic Attachment Choice" wit variables, when you view it on the store, it only displays "Interchangeable", not both.  What am I doing wrong?

HI, within the Edit Item do you have prices in the Price Column for all variations?

Yes, each item has a price.

HI, thank you for the screenshot.  Where is Permanent?  I see Interchangeable, Acrylic w/Velcro only and Interchangeable, Breakaway Lanyard.  Permanent needs to be added.
