Only one of our categories is visible in our online store

Every time I try to make another category visible, nothing happens. Each one has the same settings as the one that's visible so I can't see what the problem is?

 

A related question--I've added and removed items to the one section that is visible, and it keeps reverting to how it used to be. Very confusing.

Looking at your site right now, the only category I see is "Merch".

Could you provide the names of the categories you're missing, so I can investigate further?
