Online website not updating on all browsers

Hoping someone can assist. Just recently ( 31st May to be exact) I added three new items to my square system which i then added to my online website. 2/3 options are showing BUT only in some browsers. For example. When i check the website via my phone or computer i cannot see the item in the category ( yes i have tripled checked the category had been selected) and it still shows an item I have completely deleted from the system. BUT some of my customers can see this item and some customers can't. When you physcially search for the item via the search bar it then shows up...

I have cleared all my browser data at my end, updated my browsers, tried to delete the item and redo but nothing seems to be changing. I have never had this issue before and have added this item exactly like every other item I have done for the last 7 months. Really frustrating and effecting business.

From what you've described it sounds like there are two issues, is that correct? One issue with new items not displaying consistently and another with deleted items continuing to display.

 

Given these issues require our team to take a dive into your backend settings, we'll need to gather some more information from you here so they can take a closer look.

Can you please include the following:

1. URL for your website

2. Name of the item you recently added that is not displaying correctly (including associated category)

3. Name of the deleted item that remains visible online
