When I turn on the preorder for items it doesn't allow anyone to order the items. All my orders are for shipping only
Hi @KCC43 - I'm sorry to hear that this issue with your Online Items has brought you to the Seller Community.
If you've already followed the instructions for selling items as pre-orders, listed here, I suggest that you get in touch with our Support Team. This does sound off, but it's difficult to pinpoint what may be happening without looking at your account and settings with you, which we aren't able to do via the Seller Community.
