Online orders suddenly not printing on POS

So this morning my staff said there was a Square update and then thereafter our online orders are not automatically printing.  We have it set to 9 orders per 15 minutes and anything beyond that goes into an "Upcoming" area then prints when it is time.  That was working great for us.  

 

Now suddenly we can't even see if there are orders in the queue and every single **bleep** time they have to refresh the screen by closing out the app then getting back in.  Only then will the new orders print.  This is NOT how I want to go into a busy weekend.

 

Anyone else having this issue?

I checked and could not find other reports with issues regarding order printing.
