Online ordering problem

Hi Team, 

 
I found difficulties when I was designing my website. 
 
All the feature menu are on website preview. However, it doesn’t shown anything on the actual website. I’ve already turn on the item sync and visibility. 
 
Also, I paid for the QR code subscription. When I scanned the code, it showed 404 Not found. And it can’t go to the home page. 
 
Please help and advise me what I should do for the next step.

Could you confirm that you have created an Online Ordering Page on your website? If you haven't yet, this would explain why the menu isn't displayed on your website and why scanning the QR code takes you to a 404 error. 

 

To add an ordering page to your Square Online site:

  1. From your Square Online site editor, select +Add > Page.

  2. Select Shop, and choose the Order Online ordering page template.

  3. Select Add to include the page on your site.

1. Feature Menu Not Displaying on Actual Website

Even though the features appear on the preview, they aren't showing on the live site. This can happen due to several reasons. Try these steps:

  • Check Item Sync Again: Double-check the settings for syncing and visibility. Ensure that the items you want visible are not just synced but also published on the live site. Sometimes items may sync but remain in draft or unpublished mode.

  • Clear Website Cache: Your website may be showing an older version. Clear the cache to ensure the latest version is displayed. You can do this either through your website's admin panel or by clearing the cache in your browser.

  • Check for Mobile/Desktop Differences: Make sure that the features are enabled for both mobile and desktop views. Sometimes features are only enabled on one version (desktop or mobile) but not both.
