Suddenly our SQ online orders kitchen tickets show REGULAR in every items line. It happened since a week or two ago.
How can I remove REGULAR in the tickets?
I tried kitchen printer profile and each menu names on website.
@NooriGR Regular is usually the variation name when you have only 1 variation and add a 2nd one and do not rename the first one. I would try deleting the variation name on any items with only 1 variation and see if that changes anything. Can you post a photo of the ticket?

I'm having the same issue. Can't get to the bottom of this and Square hasn't been helpful. Any insight would be appreciated.
