Online order does not come up on Square tablet app

I have an online store for pickup service. When a new online order pop up on iPad tablet square app, usually the system automatically print the order out and it is on the square active order screen, however, some of the new orders does not come up since yesterday. I received the order email as usual, pop-up message came up as usual & got the print out. But There is no order list on iPad. Does anyone have the same issue?

Have you changed any settings recently? Also, can you clarify what you mean by "there's no order list"? Are you saying you can't find the order list at all, or that under the order list, there are no orders?

 

Can you also provide a screenshot? A screenshot or video would help us understand what you're experiencing and the steps you are taking to view the order list.

Thank you for your reply the other day. 

Whenever any kinds of issues and errors happen all of a sudden on my Square app, mostly Square soft updates causes them and I did not change any settings. This time's problem was gone a few days later. All I had tried to solve it by myself was turned off the iPad - restart - check Apple soft updates - Square Offload App - turn off a couple of more times.  After all, it's running as usual. Thank you.
