Hi, I am using online booking with no show protection option. But when my clients booking appointments through online booking, for some reason I am not able to see the credit card any where on the square app. Its says no card on file. Not sure why?
Can any one explain it to me if something needed to be done differently?

Hmm, did you happen to you enable No-Show Protection from the Square Appointments app before setting a cancellation policy?
If so, no card will be collected for No-Show Protection by default. To double check, head to the Payments & Cancellations section of the Appointments Dashboard and comb through your settings.

In order to charge the card left on file for the no show you would have to Cancel the Appointment that your customer agreed on along with your Cancellation Policy.
Only then you should be able to see the option to charge your customer.
