Social media is going to be huge. Depending on your audience - choose one or two platforms that you feel comfortable with and start posting & engaging.
If you can get the word out "in person" in some way, I find that helps too. Things like pop-up events, having a little spot in another local business, or even a flyer on a community bulletin board.
