I saw that to... Guess since it's optional they didn't put it. 

But for the url I think you can directly on each item :

For the sku it's now synchronized with square.

but do they are really accessible by google, i don't know...

Brand could be the category

review should be there if you pay the 30$/months

GTIN should be synch like the sku
