I am not able to upload images for my items via my online platform. I have contacted support and the only answers I get are that it's my network and or I need to use a different browser. These answers are not acceptable, especially since I'm paying for my site.
Is this happening to anyone else? I am using Safari for my browser, everything is up to date, and I have cleared my cache and history with no changes.

Can you provide a few more details - for example - are you going through your Square Account's built in online editor ? What type of images (jpg, png, etc.) and the image size in pixels are you trying to load ? Note, Square can be fickle with image sizes. Are you getting any error messages ? What operating system are you using (i.e., Windows, MacOS, etc.) ? Please understand that the Community is not Tech Support however, there's quite a few folks here that have a lot of hands on experience. Personally, I'm not sure if trying a different web browser is the answer however, it may be worth a try. As for your network, can't speak for that either unless, you're experiencing issues with other apps or web browsing (like graphics not loading or only partially loading). Providing a few more details may help others here to offer some thoughts.
