Online Orders & FreshKDS (Bug?)

So, in the past few weeks I’ve noticed something weird going on.  Whenever I get an online order, it is sent to my FreshKDS tablets twice, not once.  And, even weirder, sometimes the second one shows up hours or even a day later.  Before anyone goes there — I have also sent a notification to FreshKDS asking them to look into it, as well.  As for which orders, all online orders in my history have done this, so take your pick!

 

Thankfully, my online store is not heavily trafficked since it is there purely for convenience when someone is in a hurry and just wants to stop by an d pickup their treats.  But it seems like something that either Square or FreshKDS should fix, so I’m letting you both know.
